Color Picker
Type a hex code or move the red, green and blue sliders. The same colour is shown as hex, RGB and HSL, with a swatch. Palette steps change only the lightness.
Frequently asked questions
How are the steps made?
Hue and saturation stay put. Only lightness moves, toward white for the lighter steps and toward black for the darker ones.
Does three-digit hex work?
Yes. #F00 is the same as #FF0000. The hash is optional.
Is my data sent to a server?
